Shipping Policy
Every piece is made in India and ships from our own workshop. We deliver across India only; we do not ship internationally at present.
Charges
- Free shipping on every order above ₹999.
- Below that, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. It is never added afterwards.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Pieces in stock are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment. Rings made to your size and stones set to your chosen weight take 3–5 working days to make before dispatch.
- After dispatch, delivery takes 2–4 working days to metro and most city pincodes, and up to 7 working days to remote pincodes and the North-East. Sundays and courier holidays are not working days.
- These are estimates from the courier, not a guarantee. Weather, strikes and festival volumes can delay a parcel; a delay alone is not grounds for a refund of shipping.
Tracking
You receive the tracking number by e-mail and WhatsApp the moment the parcel is picked up, and you can follow it on the Track Order page.
Packaging and insurance
Every parcel is tamper-sealed and insured in transit. Please record the unboxing video described in the Return & Refund Policy — it is the evidence that unlocks a replacement if anything is wrong.
Address, delivery attempts and returns to sender
- You confirm at checkout that the address and phone number are correct. A change of address is possible only before dispatch; after dispatch the courier cannot re-route.
- The courier makes up to three delivery attempts and will call the number on the order. If all attempts fail, or the parcel is refused, it returns to us. We refund the order value less the forward and return courier charges, or re-ship it against a fresh shipping payment — your choice.
- A parcel signed for by a family member, a security guard or a reception desk at the address given counts as delivered.
Cash on delivery and partial payment
Where offered, cash-on-delivery orders may carry a handling charge shown at checkout. Partial-payment orders ship once the advance is received, and the balance is collected on delivery.
